TRIPATRA seeks a Construction Manager for major EPC/EPCI projects in Indonesia. You will lead construction execution, enforce HSE, manage schedule, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-value projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (S1) or D4 in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 12 years in construction and construction management.
• At least 8 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil, Mining, Geothermal or Power.
• Within 12 years, served as Construction Manager on EPC/EPCI with high-value contracts.
• Managed at least 200 contractor personnel including subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, HSE, quality, and progress measurement.
• Understanding of contract law and administration principles.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Able to present in Bahasa Indonesia and English for evaluation.
• Must meet Fit for Duty requirements.
