Job summary

Rukita is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives in Indonesia, overseeing planning, execution and closure. Responsibilities include client liaison, tender participation, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination across architects, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Masters or Bachelors in a construction-related field with 10+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in construction-related field
• 10+ years of project management experience in construction
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong financial acumen with large budget management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Ability to read and coordinate technical drawings
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects: planning, execution, monitoring, completion
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Involve in tender negotiations with related stakeholders
• Develop, monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers and other teams
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety codes
• Prepare and present regular progress and financial reports
