Job summary

TRIPATRA is seeking a Lead Construction professional to oversee planning, execution, and supervision for major projects in the oil & gas sector. You will drive safe, compliant construction and coordinate with contractors, engineering, quality and HSE teams to meet schedule and budget targets.

The role requires 8+ years in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex sites in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or D4 in Engineering with relevant certs and strong knowledge of construction planning and supervision.
D3 with extensive experience (≥10 years) in construction planning, execution, and supervision.
Minimum 5 years as Lead Construction or Construction Superintendent on large industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee construction planning, execution, and supervision to meet schedule, budget, and safety goals.
Supervise Construction Supervisors and coordinate with Quality, HSE, Engineering, and Project Control teams.
Ensure contractors follow CEPs, procedures, specs, and HSE standards.
Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and promote safe, efficient construction practices.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions with Contractors and PM.
