Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of hands-on PM experience, with a strong portfolio and deep knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in construction project management with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Adjust project plans to align with management needs and evolving requirements.
• Manage, supervise, and coach the project team; ensure timely production of accurate reports and documentation.
