Menard Asia seeks a Site Manager to lead the construction team from mobilization to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, is fluent in English, and demonstrates strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong project management and strategic thinking.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report issues promptly.
• Oversee construction from concept to completion.
• Plan and allocate site resources to meet targets.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Engineers, Supervisors, Operators and team members per project schedule.
• Lead interactions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate monthly cost reporting and adjust strategies for cost deviations.
• Ensure timely issuance and payment of invoices.
• Strive for zero incidents on-site by enforcing safety protocols.
