Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects from initiation to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, and demonstrates a proven track record on commercial, residential, or industrial projects, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction project management with at least 2 years in managerial role.
• Proven track record on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• OSHA and PMP certifications preferred.
