Job summary

Juang Antara Bina seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to support the Construction Manager in coordinating site matters and ensuring compliance with plans and standards.

The ideal candidate brings a Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 5–10 years of site supervision experience (bridge works a plus), and strong communication skills to coordinate with main contractors and enforce safety regulations on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years as Site Supervisor in construction projects (bridge works is an added advantage).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager in handling and coordinating site matters.
• Inspect civil and structural works for compliance with drawings and construction plans.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports; identify and address issues on site.
• Liaise with main contractors for effective on-site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
