Job summary

PT Aarvi Encon Services近期 seeks an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to support planning, coordination, and control across multiple projects. You will lead Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, reviewing drawings, specs, BOQs, and method statements while ensuring interfaces between disciplines are well managed.

The role requires overseeing EPC/EPCM project interfaces, monitoring schedules and deliverables, and directing corrective actions for delays and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of professional engineering/construction experience.
• Experience coordinating Civil, Mechanical and Electrical engineering teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and project-planning software knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling engineering activities across multiple projects.
• Lead coordination of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and manage interfaces between disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submissions and method statements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities within EPC/EPCM projects.
• Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, construction progress, manpower requirements and critical technical issues.
• Identify delays, clashes and execution risks and develop recovery or corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Planning, Procurement, Cost Control, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Provide technical support for design changes, field issues and urgent construction requirements.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare progress updates, technical reports and action lists for Engineering Manager / Project Director / Management.

Good understanding of planning, progress monitoring, QA/QC and HSE interfaces.

Strong English communication, reporting, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and project-planning software knowledge is an advantage.

Willingness to relocate to Indonesia and travel frequently to project sites.
