Job summary

Sinar Mas Land seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead development projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate design adherence, cost controls, and quality standards while supervising on-site activities and ensuring timely material procurement.

The role requires frequent site visits, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues promptly to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management, or 2 years experience in same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company.
• Excellent knowledge of property industry and project management.
• Willing to make visits to projects.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project development in line with design, specifications, costs, and quality standards.
• Monitor project development from start to finish and address arising issues.
• Ensure materials meet specifications and advise planning on discrepancies.
• Deliver products to consumers.
• Produce weekly progress reports on project development.
• Monitor and review reports and work from inspectors.
• Monitor receipt and availability of construction drawings.
