Park Hyatt Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Front Office/Guest Relations professional to uphold the hotel’s luxury guest experience on every shift. You will ensure brand standards are implemented, manage guest communications, and coordinate with Concierge, Front Desk, Sales, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless service.

Additionally, you will validate guest data accuracy, support team leadership, and remain flexible to redeploy duties as business needs dictate, always aiming to exceed guest

Competenze

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a 5-star international hotel.
• Luxury hotel experience or international exposure is a plus.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and people management skills.
• Excellent English communication and guest service mindset.

Mansioni

• Ensure brand standards are implemented and guest communications handled promptly.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments for seamless service.
• Ensure guest details are entered accurately in line with data-cleaning principles.
