Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead the Front Office Concierge team. You will deliver warm, personalised guest service, maintain local knowledge, and supervise the Concierge staff to exceed service standards.

The role emphasizes supervisory duties, guest problem-solving, and strong coordination with hotel departments to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Five years Concierge Manager experience in a luxury hotel in Jakarta.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with luxury service standards and guest etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personal welcome to guests and offer access to Jakarta and Indonesia’s offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of directions, travel times, costs, and transport options.
• Supervise Concierge team, Airport Representatives, and Porters.
• Ensure LQE standards are met and records kept of guest requests and confirmations.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and coordinate with management as needed.
