Job summary

PT. Cakraindo Mitra Internasional is seeking a results-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Analyst to support market intelligence and strategic planning from Bekasi.

You will drive data-driven insights, coordinate with Sales and Board-level reporting, and contribute to regional expansion efforts across freight forwarding operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in logistics, English fluency, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, EMKL/Trucking, Export-Import, Ocean Freight (OFT), and Air Freight (AFT) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership qualities with a strong sense of initiative.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi (KHI)

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, profit, margin, and cost structure.
• Identify key drivers of business performance increases and decreases.
• Generate data-driven business insights.
• Formulate strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence in logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding.
• Analyze industry trends and benchmark company performance against competitors.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors.
• Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations and develop presentation materials for Board Meetings.
• Support the Sales team in developing sales strategies and proposals.
• Identify opportunities for service and regional expansion.
• Manage all warehouse operational activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inbound and outbound processes run in accordance with SOPs.
• Optimize storage capacity and warehouse space utilization.
• Oversee loading/unloading activities and goods placement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operational reports.
• Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs and inventory accuracy.
• Submit performance reports with improvement recommendations to management.

• Oversee loading/unloading activities and goods placement

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operational reports
• Monitor and report on warehouse operational KPIs
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory data and warehouse administration
• Submit performance reports along with improvement recommendations to management
• Ensure all reports are submitted on time

Requirements
