Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to lead operations across Central Java, East Java, and East Indonesia. You will ensure efficient, compliant operations while actively developing new freight forwarding opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Commercial and Finance, and the ability to deliver scalable, customer-focused logistics solutions across a regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in international freight forwarding.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record developing new business in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong network and market understanding across Central Java and East Java.
• Leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet service targets.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, service quality, regulatory compliance, and team performance, while also taking an active role in identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities within the assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure operational activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and business stakeholders within the assigned areas to expand the company's customer base and revenue contribution.

Identify market opportunities and develop commercially viable logistics solutions leveraging the company's freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, and other logistics capabilities.

Manage operational risks, service recovery, and customer escalations effectively.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, company policies, and quality management standards.

Lead, coach, and develop team to foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.

Support business growth by improving operational capabilities and implementing scalable logistics solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the International Freight Forwarding company is required

At least 5 years of experience in Managerial role.

Proven track record in developing new business and generating revenue within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Established network and market understanding across Central Java, East Java, and/or East Indonesia would be highly advantageous.

Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
