Job summary

Xtremax is seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect in Indonesia to translate customer needs into scalable cloud solutions. You will collaborate with Sales to define architecture, prepare technical proposals, and present compelling demonstrations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have strong cloud and solution architecture knowledge, excellent communication, and a consultative approach, with a focus on AWS and potential Azure exposure for multi-cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or related field.
• Proven experience in designing cloud-based, end-to-end solutions (preferably AWS).
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and migration.
• Experience with presales activities and customer workshops.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and enterprise AI is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is preferred.
• Relevant AWS/Azure cloud certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
• Conduct discovery sessions and technical workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements, constraints, security, and scalability needs.
• Translate customer requirements into practical and achievable technology solutions.
• Design end-to-end cloud and digital solutions covering infrastructure, apps, data, security, and operations.
• Develop cloud architectures using AWS; Azure experience is a plus.
• Design modern app architectures (microservices, APIs, containers, serverless).
• Prepare technical proposals, diagrams, and statements of work; support RFPs/RFIs and demos.
• Present and defend proposed solutions to customers; communicate risks and trade-offs clearly.
• Bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
