Dekoruma in Jakarta Barat seeks a results-driven professional to identify customer preferences, forecast trends, and contribute to new accessories product development and trials, while prioritizing quality, processing, and appearance as selling points.

You will source assortments from existing and new suppliers, negotiate terms, manage pricing and margins, and own product P&L, monitoring sales performance and planning improvements.

• Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends.
• Conduct research on customer satisfaction with products, prices, and services.
• Involve in development of new products for accessories category and trials, ensuring quality, processing, and appearance as selling points.
• Source targeted assortment from existing and new suppliers.
• Negotiate on supply price to secure competitive terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (stores/operations, marketing, procurement) and external vendors to ensure smooth product launches.
• Pricing and sales management: own product P&L, monitor sales, plan improvements, meet suppliers and negotiate terms, maintain supplier relationships, and manage deliveries and issue resolution.

3. Directly involved in the development of new products for accessories category as well as product trials, while still prioritizing quality, processing, and appearance so that it can be recommended as a product that has a selling point.

4. Sourcing targeted assortment from existing and new suppliers

5. Negotiate on supply price to get a competitive price

6. Coordinate with internal parties (stores/ operations, marketing, procurement, etc.) and external (vendors) to ensure all the launching processes of new products can run smoothly.

7. Pricing and sales management:

• Own product P&L, responsible for margin
• Monitoring the achievement of product sales & planning for future improvements
• Meet suppliers and negotiate terms of contract
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
• Contact suppliers in order or schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve issues
