PT Surga Mobil Indonesia seeks a seasoned procurement professional to manage product sourcing, purchasing and merchandising across our store network. You will negotiate with suppliers, optimize inventory, and align pricing and promotions with business goals.
Your role involves analyzing sales trends, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely replenishment to maximize profitability.
Manage product assortment, availability, and merchandising across stores.
Identify product needs based on sales performance, market trends, and store requirements.
Conduct product sourcing and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
Manage the purchasing process from product sourcing, quotation, PO, delivery, to receiving.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product replenishment.
Analyze sales, stock movement, and product performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
Maintain good relationships and coordinate with suppliers and Team Operations.
Ensure product pricing, promotions, and displays are aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and product improvement.
Prepare and maintain procurement and merchandising reports.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Procurement, Purchasing, or Retail.
Experience in automotive, retail, FMCG, or spare parts is preferred.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and merchandising.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, able to analyze sales and inventory data.
Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and target-driven.
Able to manage multiple suppliers, products, and priorities effectively.
