Job summary

Techconnect.id in Jakarta seeks an experienced Business Development professional to identify and win new clients across sectors such as property, finance, and government while expanding relationship with existing accounts.

You will lead project proposals with budgets, manage the commercial pipeline, and build strategic partnerships, collaborating with the Consultation Services Manager to align capacity with opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree, in Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development or corporate sales, ideally within the consulting or professional services industry.
• Possess an extensive network across the corporate, institutional, and/or government sectors.
• Good understanding of consulting business models, including project scope, pricing, and delivery.
• Proven ability to develop project proposals and budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a target- and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire prospective clients across the property, finance, management, sustainability, mining, and plantation sectors.
• Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective clients.
• Develop and lead project proposals, including project budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage the commercial pipeline systematically, including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and prioritization.
• Build strategic partnerships with institutions, corporations, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with the Consultation Services Manager to align delivery capacity with new business opportunities.
