You will conduct market analyses, prepare English pitches, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to support onboarding and client success while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships; fintech/SaaS/HRIS preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with travel flexibility.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in English.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner onboarding and client success.
• Represent company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities as needed.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives.
