Job summary

Jakarta-based IT Business Development Manager position with WFO requirement. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for IT Infrastructure and Managed Services, while building relationships with clients in the building and property management sectors.

Responsible for canvassing, outbound prospecting, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and maintain CRM records.

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in IT Infrastructure & Managed Services industry in finding great talent as a Business Development Manager with the requirement as follows:

Job Responsibilities

Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for IT Infrastructure and IT Manage services.

Conduct canvassing and outbound prospecting activities to grow the sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially within building and property management sectors.

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within IT Consulting, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, or Networking solutions.

Demonstrated track record as a Hunter - achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts (Networking, Cabling, System Integration) and IT Managed services.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
