You will prepare compelling proposals, lead client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to craft winning bids. English proficiency and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, account management, sales, or relationship management.
• Experience with Banking/FSI/Fintech/Payments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer relationships and partnerships.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead new business opportunities, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Prepare commercial offers, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct executive-level meetings and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer strategies and bids.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities in financial services.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report activities.
