Job summary

OpenWay Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our Jakarta team and drive revenue growth in banking, FSIs, and fintech sectors.

You will manage strategic relationships, identify opportunities, and lead proposals and negotiations with executive stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams and market analysis will inform winning bids and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Experience working with Banking, FSIs, Fintech, or Payment Industry customers is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer engagements simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and tenders.
• Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation.
• Lead customer meetings and executive-level discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer strategies and bids.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities in banking/FSI.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report activities.
