Job summary

EBC Financial Group in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional. You will identify and prospect potential clients, build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, understand client needs, and tailor fintech solutions to meet requirements.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, manage the sales cycle from lead to close, track market trends, and contribute to revenue growth while expanding the company’s network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Prior Business Development experience in Fintech or Financial Services related industry.
• Strong network of business contacts with key industry players.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Good command of written and spoken Indonesian; English or Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

• Analyze sales data and generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences and industry events to expand network and enhance brand visibility.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
