Job summary

PT. Dexa Medica (Member of Dexa Group) is seeking a Building Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, security, safety, and tenant services at the Head Office in Bintaro.

You will establish BOS, ensure HSE compliance, manage assets, and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in high-rise/large facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Manager in high-rise office buildings, apartments, or shopping malls.
• Strong knowledge of building management, HSE, and service excellence.
• Experienced in OPEX/CAPEX, asset management, and vendor management.
• Understanding of ISO, OHSAS, project management, and financial reports.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations, maintenance, security, safety, and tenant services.
• Establish and implement Building Operating Standards (BOS).
• Ensure compliance with HSE, emergency response, building permits, and government regulations.
• Manage building assets, inventory, and maintenance records.
• Develop and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Manage vendor selection, performance, and evaluation.
• Oversee building projects and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Monitor financial reports and operational costs.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, management, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the building management team.
