Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a highly experienced Building Manager to lead the complete operations of a commercial office complex in Jakarta. The role requires overseeing Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Tenant Relations, and Facilities services while ensuring optimal performance of MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, ESS, and BMS systems.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and have at least 10 years of experience in building operations and maintenance management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building operations and maintenance management
• Proven experience as a Building Manager or Facility Manager in commercial office buildings
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and building management reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of the office building, including Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Tenant Relations, and Facility Services
• Ensure building systems (MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, ESS, and BMS) operate efficiently
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs
• Develop, manage, and control operational budgets for cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and HSE policies
• Establish and continuously improve operating procedures and service standards
• Manage relationships with tenants, owners, contractors, vendors, and authorities
• Handle tenant concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs
• Lead and develop building operations teams
• Prepare and present reports to ownership and senior management
