BINUS Group is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the overall operations, maintenance and safety of building facilities at our campuses. You will supervise daily activities including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination to ensure optimal facility performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role or 6 years in building/facility management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Experience managing vendors (security, housekeeping, maintenance).
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response, and building compliance.

Responsible for managing the overall operations, maintenance, and safety of building facilities. This role oversees daily building activities, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination. Ensures optimal facility performance through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Also responsible for emergency preparedness, inventory management, tenant relations, and supporting operational needs such as events and space utilization

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or 6 years of relevant experience in building/facility management
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Experience in managing vendors (security, housekeeping, maintenance services)
• Good understanding of safety regulations, emergency response, and building compliance standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
