Job summary

PT. Dexa Medica (Member of Dexa Group) is seeking a Head of Building Engineering to oversee all building operations, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, genset, UPS, lift, fire protection, and BMS systems at the Head Office in Bintaro.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance for meeting rooms and event facilities. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years in building engineering or facilities management

Qualifications

8 years of experience in building engineering or facilities management.
At least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience with commercial buildings (offices, hotels, malls, hospitals) or similar facilities.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, genset, UPS, lifts, fire protection, and BMS.
Knowledge of K3 safety, emergency response, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee building engineering operations and maintenance across electrical, HVAC/chiller, plumbing, genset, UPS, lift, fire protection, BMS and civil facilities.
Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure safety and technical readiness of meeting rooms and event facilities.
Manage tenant technical complaints, fit-out, renovations, and contractor activities.
