Job summary

Bimage Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to grow our BIM, Digital Construction, and Engineering Technology business. You will develop new opportunities across construction, infrastructure, property, government, and BUMN sectors, and build strong relationships with key decision makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of B2B/solution sales experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, CAD, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills; comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in Construction, Infrastructure, Property, Government, and BUMN sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and strategic accounts
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing
• Identify customer needs, challenges, and business opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and consult ing teams to develop the right solution for customers
• Identify opportunities for software, consulting, implementation, training, and certification services
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Achieve individual and company sales targets
• Maintain strong customer engagement and identify opportunities for account expansion
