Job summary

PT Decorient Partaya Indonesia is seeking a BIM Modeller to join our Building Services Engineering team in South Jakarta. This full-time role focuses on creating and managing detailed Building Information Models to drive accuracy and collaboration across projects.

You will coordinate MEP systems, perform clash detection, and generate construction-ready drawings and schedules. Relocation to project sites is a key requirement, with opportunities for development and training in BIM practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of BIM modelling experience in building services or engineering environments.
• Qualification in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for building services projects.
• Integrate MEP systems into the overall project model and coordinate with teams.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems.

About the role

PT Decorient Partaya Indonesia is seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join our Building Services Engineering team. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing detailed Building Information Models that drive efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across our engineering and construction projects. This position is integral to our commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Building Information Models (BIM) using industry-standard software and tools
• Coordinate and integrate building services systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC into the overall project model
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements
• Conduct clash detection and resolution analyses to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems
• Create detailed drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models for construction and coordination purposes
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols and naming conventions across projects
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices
• Participate in design development meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination
• Ensure BIM models meet client specifications and project delivery timelines

What we are looking for

• Proficiency in BIM software platforms, such as Revit, Navisworks or similar tools
• OPEN TO RELOCATE TO PROJECT SITES
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex technical information
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of BIM standards, protocols and best practice methodologies
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modelling within building services or engineering environments
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or architecture
