Job summary

Madhava Persada Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in Indonesia's DIY sector. You will search for and engage potential clients, present services, and manage relationships through to deal closure, with after-sales support.

The role requires excellent communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Indonesian language is acceptable; English is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel on business trips.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Search for and contact potential clients within the target market.
• Introduce services to potential clients (presentations, forum discussions, business trips to various agencies).
• Serve the needs and maintain good relationships with potential clients until a deal is closed.
• Maintain clients who have signed a cooperation contract (after-sales activities).
• Communicate client needs and feedback to engineers.
