Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Senior Barista.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, manual brew, grind size, extraction, milk steaming).
• Able to operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, brewer, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in bar spirit/basic cocktails and beverage mixing.
• Able to prepare both coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
• Skilled in latte art and beverage presentation.
• Understand s hygiene, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to supervise, guide, and support junior barista team members.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and has strong work ethic.
