Job summary

PT Mannamill Bakery Indoensia is seeking a friendly Barista for our Tangerang store. You will prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages, and maintain equipment to uphold our taste and presentation standards.

As part of a team, you will handle customer orders with professional service, operate espresso machines and grinders, and maintain cleanliness and attention to detail. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Prior Barista experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Ability to operate espresso machines and grinders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player who is responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed and presentable.

Requirements:
