Job summary

KOPIKINA INDONESIA is seeking a dedicated barista in Jakarta Timur to craft espresso beverages and other drinks with precision. You will greet guests, take orders, and use a POS system while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of barista experience, strong knowledge of coffee basics, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational education required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a café, coffee shop, or bistro.
• Solid knowledge of coffee beverages, basic espresso techniques, and drink preparation.
• Ability to operate coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment safely.
• Familiar with POS systems and able to handle orders accurately.
• Good customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Understand basic food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
