Job summary

PT Brothersindo Saudara Sejati in Jakarta Center is seeking a Sales Manager B2B to lead the sales of garment and textile machinery. You will develop and execute B2B strategies, build relationships with garment factories and textile companies, and guide a sales team to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial machinery sales and 2+ years in leadership, with strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills. Travel to client sites will be needed as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in industrial machinery, garment machinery, textile machinery, or industrial equipment sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team or in a Supervisor/Manager position.
• Understanding of garment, textile, convection, and apparel industry products and business processes, and machinery requirements for production.
• Ability to develop markets and customer networks including garment factories, textile companies, convection businesses, embroidery workshops, apparel vendors, and machinery distributors.
• Experience handling machinery sales with large transaction values, from prospecting, product presentation, demonstration, negotiation, to closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for garment and textile machinery products.
• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining relationships with corporate and strategic clients.
• Identify sales opportunities in garment factories, convection businesses, textile industries, and apparel businesses.
• Manage sales pipeline, revenue targets, sales forecasts, and team performance.
• Lead product presentations, machinery demonstrations, price negotiations, and closing processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure machinery specifications match customer requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and service teams to ensure product availability, delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
• Monitor market trends, machinery technology developments, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and business development recommendations for management.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate sales team performance to achieve revenue targets and company profitability.
