MatchaTalent is recruiting a Sales Manager for Jakarta and West Java to lead industrial machinery and automation solutions sales. The role combines hands-on team leadership with direct involvement in high-value B2B capital equipment sales, from prospecting to installation handover.

You will manage strategic accounts, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and mentor junior sales engineers while maintaining a robust CRM and accurate forecasts to hit ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B technical sales experience in industrial machinery or capital equipment.
• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial or sales leadership experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with capital equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Strong English for technical discussions and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategies across Jakarta and West Java.
• Identify high-potential accounts and expand market share.
• Lead high-value B2B capital equipment deals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with product specialists, application engineers, and procurement teams.
• Mentor junior sales engineers and manage CRM, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Provide regular sales performance and market intelligence updates to leadership.
