Strong knowledge of sales cycles, negotiation, and account management.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and market penetration across Jakarta and West Java.
Lead high-value B2B capital equipment sales from prospecting to installation handover.
Manage strategic accounts and mentor junior sales engineers.
Collaborate with product specialists to tailor machinery proposals.
