Job summary

PT SHIBANG WAREHOUSE EQUIPMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional in Jakarta Timur to identify and develop new customers, manage the sales cycle, and grow our warehouse equipment solutions portfolio.

You will communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia, present products, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure fit and timely delivery across Greater Jakarta.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing.
Experience selling warehouse racking, material-handling equipment, conveyors, industrial products, or logistics, transportation, and warehousing services is preferred.
Experience working with purchasing, warehouse, operations, engineering, or factory management teams.
Ability to independently develop customers and demonstrate personal contributions to sales results.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to visit customers across Greater Jakarta and travel for business when required.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B customers through site visits, calls, email, and networking.
Understand customers' storage requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions.
Deliver product presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Follow up through the sales process including orders, delivery, installation coordination, and payment collection.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and progress reports.
