PT Seer Power Indonesia is seeking a Senior B2B Sales professional to drive growth in gensets and power solutions for industrial clients across Indonesia. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build relationships with corporate decision-makers, and align offerings with customer needs.

You will mentor the emerging sales team as the company scales, target-driven, and comfortable traveling for client visits. Mandarin ability is a plus, but not required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Proven experience in new customer acquisition and sales hunting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Accustomed to dealing directly with customers and corporate decision-makers.
• Experience in gensets, diesel engines, electrical equipment, machinery, or industrial equipment is a major plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct prospecting activities through cold calling, networking, customer visits, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate decision-makers.
• Deliver product presentations, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and following up to closing the deal.
• Coordinate with the technical team regarding surveys, specifications, and product solutions.
• Develop the sales pipeline and ensure every opportunity is effectively pursued.
• Meet sales targets and provide updates on sales and market developments.
• Assist in building, developing, and mentoring the sales team from the ground up as the company grows.
