You will design strategic plans, develop the sales team, recruit, coach, and monitor performance while building strong client relationships.

You’ll present reports to management, stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitors, and expand HashMicro’s customer base in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager with targets achieved.
• Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales reps.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts, competitors, and new products.
