Job summary

Jawara Trading Partners, a modern B2B trading platform based in Jakarta, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth for our specialty emulsifiers line (DMG90, GMS60 and related food‑grade emulsifiers).

You will close 5-ton+ direct-import deals with manufacturing clients, leverage an active procurement network across Indonesia's food, bakery, and dairy sectors, and ensure regulatory compliance with BPOM, NIE/SKI, and Halal requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of B2B commercial sales experience in specialty chemicals, with a focus on food emulsifiers.
• Active network of procurement contacts among Indonesian manufacturers in the food, bakery, and dairy sectors.
• Proven track record closing direct‑import transactions of 5 tons and above.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian import regulations (BPOM, NIE, SKI, customs).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new B2B manufacturing accounts across Indonesia and lead the full sales cycle for 5‑ton+ direct‑import orders.
• Leverage existing client relationships to introduce factory‑direct supply and secure repeat business.
• Support clients on import and regulatory requirements (BPOM, NIE/SKI, Halal), working with the internal team.
• Gather market feedback, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to guide product and procurement strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and sales data using Google Workspace and internal tools.
