Job summary

Lazada Group in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Senior Associate, Marketing Solutions to drive revenue and optimize operations across Marketing Solutions Indonesia, coordinating with regional teams and advertising product operations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of project management experience in sales/commercial settings with cross-functional collaboration.

Senior Associate, Marketing Solutions-Jakarta, Indonesia

• 1. Solutions Consultancy: Act as PIC to drive its revenue and operational performances towards assigned goals through regular and ad hoc performance steering, analytics, planning, and reporting
• 2. Advertising Operations: Serve as a PIC of Marketing Solutions Indonesia team to collaborate with regional and local cross functional teams, including but not limited to media channel owners, for all Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Emerging solutions, and projects on advertising product operations
• 3. Commercial Enablement: work closely with Commercial team to identify business issues and pain points. Own, design, and execute internal and external engagement initiatives/programs along with communication cadence for Indonesia.
• 4. Program/Project Leadership: Project-manage and collaborate with regional team in implementing advertiser growth, and product operations projects. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective execution. Monitor performance to adjust tactics as needed.
• 5. People leadership: Coach and guide team member(s) in media operations, and coordination with internal partners (commercial teams and cross-functional teams) and external partners (sellers)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4-5 years of project management experiences, working in sales and/or commercial project management capacities that involves cross functional team collaboration
• Willingness to lead, and run projects with operational scope
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders at the same time and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
