Job summary

Lazada Indonesia is seeking a Program/Project Leader for Advertising Operations. You will drive advertiser growth and coordinate cross-functional teams across regional and local groups to ensure programs run smoothly and meet targets.

You will own, design and execute internal and external engagement initiatives, and coach team members while collaborating with commercial teams to navigate a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders under deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Act as PIC to steer revenue and operations through analytics, planning and reporting.
• Lead Advertising Operations across Lazada Sponsored Solutions and related projects.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to identify issues and design engagement programs.
• Project-manage advertiser growth and product operations initiatives with regional teams.
• Coach and align team members and external partners for effective execution.
