Job summary

PT TMF Indonesia is seeking a Senior Associate in Global Entity Management Services to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely, accurate corporate secretarial, legal entity management and compliance services. The role requires strong understanding of Indonesian corporate regulations, effective client communication, and the ability to supervise junior team members.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years in corporate secretarial, legal entity management or corporate compliance in a professional services setting.
• Practical experience with Indonesian corporate actions and regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage client communications independently and deliverables.
• Experience with multinational clients or within a professional services firm is preferred.
• Experience reviewing work or mentoring juniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring timely delivery of corporate secretarial, legal entity management and compliance services.
• Handle Indonesian corporate actions and routine to moderately complex compliance matters with limited supervision.
• Prepare and review corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, powers of attorney and supporting documents.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions including OSS updates, NIB/KBLI, UBO reporting and Ministry of Law filings.
• Maintain proactive client communications and coordinate deliverables with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines, progress and risks; escalate issues when needed.
• Review junior staff work and provide guidance for accuracy and development.
• Stay updated on Indonesian regulations and adapt work accordingly.

The Senior Associate, Global Entity Management is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of corporate secretarial, legal entity management, and statutory compliance services.

The role requires a strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and regulatory requirements, effective client communication, and the ability to manage assignments with a reasonable level of autonomy. The Senior Associate will also review work prepared by junior team members and provide practical guidance to support their development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of corporate secretarial, legal entity management, and statutory compliance services.

Handle Indonesian corporate actions and routine to moderately complex compliance matters with limited supervision.

Prepare and review corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and supporting documents for corporate actions.

Prepare and coordinate regulatory submissions, including OSS updates, NIB and KBLI-related requirements, UBO reporting, and Ministry of Law filings.

Manage day-to-day client communications, providing clear updates and coordinating deliverables with internal stakeholders.

Monitor statutory deadlines, assignment progress, dependencies, and outstanding information, escalating risks or complex issues when required.

Review work prepared by junior team members and provide practical guidance to support accuracy, quality, and development.

Keep up to date with relevant Indonesian corporate regulations and adapt client work to regulatory and procedural changes.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial services, legal entity management, corporate compliance, or a related professional services environment.

Practical experience handling Indonesian corporate actions and regulatory compliance matters.

Experience independently managing client communications and deliverables.

Experience working with multinational clients or within a professional services firm is preferred.

Previous experience reviewing work or supporting junior team members is an advantage.
