Linklaters is expanding its Corporate team in Southeast Asia and seeks an enthusiastic Associate to advise corporates and financial institutions on public and private M&A, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Reporting to Partners, you will contribute to knowhow, communicate under pressure, and collaborate closely with a global team to deliver outstanding client service.
The role requires Indonesian admission (PERADI), English proficiency, and strong networking skills.
Our Corporate team specializes in cross-border corporate transactions, including merger and acquisitions, private equity transactions, takeovers, and joint ventures, and advises on a mix of corporate strategic transactions and financial sponsor deals across Southeast Asia for the financial services, consumer and technology sectors. As a result of expansion and growth across the region, we at Linklaters, are looking for a curious minded and enthusiastic Associate to be a part of our Corporate team. Reporting to the Partners, in this role, you will be advising corporates and financial institutions on a range of public and private M&A transactions, venture capital funds, general corporate and regulatory work.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to contribute to knowhow, communicate assertively when under pressure and be a proactive team player.
