Job summary

TMF Group, a leading global provider of high-value business services, is seeking a Senior Associate, Global Entity Management in Jakarta. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of corporate secretarial, legal entity management, and statutory compliance services.

This role requires a strong understanding of Indonesian corporate regulations, effective client communications, and the ability to guide junior team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial services, legal entity management, or a related professional services environment.
• Practical experience handling Indonesian corporate actions and regulatory compliance matters.
• Experience independently managing client communications and deliverables.
• Experience working with multinational clients or within a professional services firm is preferred.
• Previous experience reviewing work or supporting junior team members is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of corporate secretarial, legal entity management, and statutory compliance services.
• Handle Indonesian corporate actions and routine to moderately complex compliance matters with limited supervision.
• Prepare and review corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and supporting documents for corporate actions.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory submissions, including OSS updates, NIB and KBLI-related requirements, UBO reporting, and Ministry of Law filings.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, providing clear updates and coordinating deliverables with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor statutory deadlines, assignment progress, dependencies, and outstanding information, escalating risks or complex issues when required.
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide practical guidance to support accuracy, quality, and development.
• Keep up to date with relevant Indonesian corporate regulations and adapt client work to regulatory and procedural changes.
