MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax department across Indonesia. You will report to the Country Finance Director and drive multi-entity reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, internal controls, audits, and alignment with group policies.

The role requires a hands-on finance leader with strong PSAK/IFRS knowledge, Indonesian tax expertise, and collaboration with regional finance, shared services, and business leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, with professional qualifications advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years in Accounting/Tax/Financial Control with senior managerial experience.
• Experience in multinational environments and multi-entity accounting operations.
• Strong PSAK/IFRS knowledge and Indonesian tax expertise (PPh/PPN).
• Proven leadership, governance, audit coordination, and process improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead month- and year-end closings, multi-entity reporting, and group reporting submissions.
• Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, audits, and tax planning activities.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, cash management, and delegated authority.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with regional teams.
