Job summary

Astro Holdings Berhad seeks an experienced Ads Product Leader to own the ad product portfolio (Search, Category, Homepage Banner, Catalog Tile) and pricing strategy. You will set CPM/CPC logic, floors, and guardrails, and ensure measurement definitions and ROAS standards are in place.

You will lead Ads Analytics and Insights, building dashboards for internal and client reporting and collaborate with Product, Tech, Data, Market Research, Commercial and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in retail media, ad tech, ad ops or digital monetization.
• End-to-end ownership of an ad product P&L or rate card.
• Experience managing at least one direct report.
• Experience in marketplace retail media strategy or FMCG advertising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own ad product portfolio and pricing strategies.
• Develop rate cards, CPM/CPC logic, floors and guardrails.
• Define measurement definitions and ROAS standards.
• Lead GTM and client activation for Ads Product.
• Build and maintain ads performance dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Data, Market Research and Marketing teams.
