Agoda is seeking a senior leader to craft Agoda’s global marketing strategy and execute it, coordinating with senior management, marketing and product teams. You will manage and expand a team of pricing campaign managers and analysts, driving performance and innovation across channels.

You will leverage strong analytical skills and advanced SQL to optimize volumes, margins, and campaigns, while collaborating across cultures and driving initiatives with partners and internal stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine Agoda’s global marketing strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with senior management, marketing and product teams to align on goals.
• Lead a team of pricing campaign managers and analysts; mentor and develop talent.
• Manage relationships with external partners and negotiate terms as needed.
• Drive experimentation, testing and adoption of new channels and tools.
• Analyze data to seed projects and drive key team goals requiring complex implementation.
