Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead and coach a team of Product Managers while owning the Advanced Ads product line. You will drive strategy, discovery, and execution, focusing on ROI, LTV, and growth across a 150,000+ publisher network.

You will mentor PMs, standardize a modern Product Operating Model, foster data-driven decision making, and partner with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure adoption and commercial impact worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
• Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem experience is a plus.
• Data-driven with metrics to guide decisions.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Managers to elevate product craft and strategy.
• Own the Advanced Ads product line, defining strategy, growth, and execution.
• Drive product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability and value.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, and Growth to drive adoption and monetization.
