Job summary

Hangry in Jakarta is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to support the Sales Team by coordinating follow‑ups, preparing and submitting quotations, and handling e-bids for customers and overseas partners. The role also maintains sales literature, logs quotes, and facilitates communication with crane network offices and agents.

You will work across export, import, finance, and operations to ensure pricing alignment, monitor milestones, and drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

Associates or better in related field.
Experience in air freight and export/import processes is preferred.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and overseas offices.
Proficiency with TMF and Kewill systems for shipment processing.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Sales Team by coordinating follow-up requests and quotations.
Prepare and submit quotations for customers and overseas.
Prepare and submit e-bids via system.
Organize and maintain sales literature and quote logs.
Coordinate with overseas offices, operations, customer service and finance to drive sales.
Monitor new market opportunities from media and press releases.
Assist in planning office visits with customers and manage client database.
