Job summary

Pt Altama Surya Anugerah is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Finance Associate to support the Sales team by coordinating follow-ups, preparing quotations, and submitting invoices for customers and overseas. You will handle billing, prep of PEB/PIB, and liaise with overseas offices, carriers, and finance to ensure accurate records and timely payments.

The role requires diligence in monitoring shipments, maintaining quote logs, and aligning with health, safety and environment

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounts receivable processing and billing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with accounting software (ERP/Sage) beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Submit customer invoices in portals to ensure timely payment
• Process cash receipts and reconcile accounts
• Prepare and issue billing invoices for freight and services
• Monitor milestones and update customer records
• Coordinate with sales, operations and finance to improve processes
• Provide timely customer service and resolve billing questions
